I spent the early part of my life asking God why life was so hard for so many people. When I was 8 years old, God answered, "You chose it." I didn’t know how to comprehend what God was saying to me at that time, but I did not stop asking for clarification. Since then I have come to understand the contract between God and humans. We truly are in free will and choice – even when we are not always equipped to handle that responsibility wisely. It is our job to learn how to make choices with discernment, how to ask for help and Guidance in such a way as to receive it, how to create lives of extraordinary beauty, peace, and joy – and exhibit deep caring for ourselves, this planet, and all other beings with whom we share it.

Perhaps due to my openness and, possibly, extreme perseverance, I have been blessed for many years to hear from five of the Archangels: Michael, Raphael, Ariel, Uriel, and Gabriel. I work with many of the Ascended Masters including Christ/Sananda, Saint Germain, Lao Tzu as well as many other Beings of Light – too many to name here. All are beloved and all are welcome.

It is my understanding that the internal barriers that keep us from living lives of beauty, peace, and joy include past life karma, past and current life trauma, disempowering inheritances through the paternal and maternal bloodlines, core beliefs that do not serve our Highest Good, incongruencies, deeply-held patterns, programs, attachments, and other barriers that we encoded within ourselves at an earlier time.

It is my honor and privilege to offer private sessions and workshops to those who are called to do this work.

The primary teacher of this Guided work is God/Source. It is intended to set people free.
